The summer house in Avlaki spans two floors (ground floor and first floor) with auxiliary spaces in the basement, covering a total area of 240 sqm. Designed to meet the summer needs of a contemporary family, it features functional spaces with clean lines, appealing materials, and harmonious colors.
The ground floor includes the living areas and a master bedroom, while the first floor contains two additional bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. A standout feature of the design is the outdoor area, which boasts a linear overflow pool and a large pergola that casts soft shadows. The exterior is further enhanced with textured plastered volumes in rough and soft whitish tones, creating an inviting ambiance. The rooftop is transformed into a lounge space, offering stunning sea views.
